In this role you will use your critical thinking skills while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.Job responsibilitiesAssists in leading teams of technologists that provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firmExecutes policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availabilityMonitors production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability toolsEscalates and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restorationLeads incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructureRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology servicesProven experience leading technology support operations in a mission‑critical, 24x7 data center environmentDemonstrated people management experience, including full‑time employees and contract staffStrong incident management and escalation leadership experience in high-availability environmentsAbility to engage directly with customers and senior stakeholdersAbility to balance day to day operational management with participation in strategic and project based initiativesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience supporting data center exit, consolidation, or transformation initiativesStrong understanding of IT infrastructure operations, including hands‑and‑feet support, logistics, and site servicesPrevious experience managing teams in multiple geographical locationsWorking knowledge in one or more general purpose programming language and / or automation scripting JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
