Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will play an important role in daily operations. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.48 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:30 PM - 10:30 PMSun02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and support visitor and/or vendor entry procedures in accordance with site policies, helping to report concerns related to restricted areas, after-hours activity, and/or suspicious behavior. Assist with routine security-related rounds and observe the location for maintenance issues, unsecured doors, and/or other concerns, reporting findings through appropriate channels. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
