During the workout, provide encouragement and positive energy, solicit member feedback and adjust EMS device settings as appropriate, and monitor / educate members on correct exercise formProvide a high level of personalized attention to members, adjusting workouts accounting for injuries and goalsDocument notes on workout progress and member observations to ensure a personalized and consistent experiencePrepare member progress reports and deliver progress reports and recommendationsPrepare for member appointments by preparing EMS suits and equipmentClean and maintain the studio and equipmentGenerate referrals by providing world class service and asking the members to bring their friendsAdminister InBody (Bioelectric Impendence Analysis scale) evaluationsObtain and maintain the required EMS certification - all training provided to you - no out of pocket cost for the EMS certification.
