Providence Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking a Director of Health Information Services to lead the privacy, security, and access to patient information. You will oversee EHR systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide policies across the organization. Ideal candidates have RHIA or RHIT credentials, strong management experience, and demonstrated ability to manage privacy programs, risk assessments, and staff development.
