Store Associate

Position Summary Retail Store Associate at CVS Health delivers customer service and supports day‑to‑day store operations, working both independently and as part of a team. Essential Functions Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues. Offer a warm, friendly greeting, maintain eye contact, and help customers locate items. Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendor shipments, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks. Support opening and closing store activities as needed. Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular pharmacy shifts for growth opportunities. Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support customer health. Physical Requirements Remain upright on feet for sustained periods. Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently, with lighter loads regularly; includes overhead lifting. Maintain visual acuity to view computer terminals, read, and perform visual inspections involving small parts/details. Required Qualifications At least 16 years of age. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting. Education High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Compensation & Benefits Anticipated Weekly Hours: 20. Time Type: Part time. Pay Range: $16.90 - $23.90 per hour.
