Office Operations Opportunity: Event Specialist iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Office Operations team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. This shared‑services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform, employee‑based culture founded on our Support the Build mentality. We are currently looking for an Event Specialist to join our Office Operations team located at our headquarters in Granite City . This entry‑level position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong interest in event planning and coordination, and up to 1 year of related experience, internships, or relevant coursework. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events while ensuring all operational processes are maintained effectively. Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Event Specialist include: Maintaining and managing the company calendar to schedule events and prevent conflicts. Collaborating with internal teams to define event goals, budgets, timelines, and overall strategy. Developing and executing event concepts, themes, and experiences aligned with company objectives. Coordinating with vendors, venues, and suppliers, including reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts. Managing event logistics, including travel accommodations, catering, AV needs, and event materials or swag. Overseeing event execution, including setup, on‑site coordination, troubleshooting issues, and teardown. Supporting event content and participation, including preparing materials, recruiting team support, and coordinating internal/external events such as lunch & learns and philanthropy initiatives. Evaluating event success by developing post‑event surveys and reporting insights, feedback, and recommendations. Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Event Specialist include: Experience planning and managing a variety of events or related functions. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and catering coordination. Experience managing event logistics, including conference registrations, tracking, and coordination. Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders. High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously, ranging from small internal events to large‑scale company functions. Strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills, with willingness to travel as needed.
