Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled BE/BC General Urologist to become part of a supportive and well-coordinated team at our facility in Montclair, NJ.

• The Urology Center is equipped with an on-site Lab and X-ray facilities.
• Utilization of MRI fusion biopsy technology.
• Access to the Da Vinci Xi Robot for surgical procedures.
• Implementation of the Moses Holmium laser for advanced treatments.
• Techniques for percutaneous stone fragmentation.
• Advanced navigation systems for MRI-guided surgeries.
• Two spacious same-day nursing units available.
• An outpatient clinic conveniently located directly across from the hospital.
• Innovative Technology: Serve more patients without extending your hours. Our team utilizes Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation, lessen administrative tasks, enhance patient flow, and ensure precise coding—resulting in improved work-life balance and revenue.

Position Requirements:

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic institution.
• Completion of residency training in Urology within the United States.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• A valid medical license in New Jersey, along with DEA and CDS certifications.
• Commitment to maintaining CME credit hours as required for Board Certification and/or hospital privileges.

Starting salary is set at $400,000.
