We're looking for a motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations, support the management team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

This role is ideal for someone with quick service or fast casual restaurant experience who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

What You'll Do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Help manage labor, productivity, and shift performance.
• Handle cash, complete daily reports, and maintain operational accuracy.
• Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work alongside the team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a quick service or fast casual restaurant.
• Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, Key Holder, or Assistant Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to lead by example.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge is a plus.
