Are you a motivated and dependable leader who enjoys inspiring children and supporting a team? As a Camp Supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to Camp Counselors, and ensure activities such as games, arts & crafts, and sports are delivered in a fun, structured, and safe environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in leadership positions, enjoy mentoring staff, and are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive camp culture.

Education & Credentials That Power This Role
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School diploma
- Six (6) months, or 240 hours of relevant camp supervisor experience
- Or an equivalent combination of relevant training, education and experience.
Licenses and/or Certificates: None
Your Purpose & Day-To-Day Journey
- Knowledge of summer recreation camp goals, activities, and programs.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and enforcing department codes, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to ascertain priorities and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Knowledge of first aid.
- Possession of positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Ability to actively organize, lead, demonstrate, and participate in activities that require physical exertion.
- Ability to resolve disputes with firmness and impartiality.
- Ability to make recommendations and to use resourcefulness and tact in solving new problems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing; ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal temperatures.

Working Conditions: Work typically requires moderate exposure to one or more disagreeable conditions (i.e., irate customers, outdoors weather conditions, excessive noise, extreme heat, odors or dust).
Risk/Safety Conditions: This position requires moderate exposure or risk to physical health and/or physical safety (e.g., exposure to environmentally hazardous material, heavy equipment, assault and battery, communicable disease, etc.).
Physical Activities: Stooping, crouching, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, hearing, seeing up close, seeing far away, kneeling, reaching, pushing, talking, standing, climbing, finger movement, repetitive motions, depth perception.
