Position: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Seniors (Remote, Flexible Hours – LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)

Positions: We have options for 1099 and W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching; health, dental, vision insurance).

Location: 100% Virtual (Must be licensed in Maryland)

Responsibilities

As a bilingual licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults - including Spanish-speaking clients - in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.
• Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required — ability to conduct full therapy sessions, assessments, and clinical conversations in both languages.
• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).
• Experience working with the geriatric population.
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.
