Shift Team Leader will: Communicate with co-workers and direct supervision to receive instructions and coordinate activities. Organize daily shipping and receiving activity. Order disbursement. Overall cleanliness of the work area. Must have aptitude to use and operate a computer including basic e-mail functions as well as operate a scanning device. Supervise Warehouse Associates/Forklift Operators. Review associate timecards. Perform associate evaluations and handle associate discipline when needed Perform functions within our Customers data base (SAP), this includes completions and transfers.
