Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client in the travel industry. Located in Duluth, offering full-time hours, and a contract to hire structure.

You will:

• Support full-cycle talent acquisition
• Create job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work on a high volume of reqs including customer service and call center specialists
• Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Effectively communicate with hiring managers to understand candidate requirements
