Warehouse Manager Full Time. Location: Carteret, NJ. Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday 6 AM-2:30 PM. FLSA Status: Exempt. Reports To: General Manager. About the Role Oversee Night Operations : Manage all night shift warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and coordination with day shift teams. Lead and Develop Staff : Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse personnel, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards. Maintain Inventory Accuracy : Implement inventory control procedures, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management. Ensure Safety and Compliance : Enforce OSHA, HACCP, and company safety standards through inspections, audits, and staff training to promote a safe workplace. Manage Quality and Facility Standards : Uphold product quality and warehouse cleanliness, address maintenance issues, and prepare regular operational and safety reports. What You Bring to the Pak Experience : 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within a cold storage or distribution environment. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Certifications : OSHA or HACCP certification preferred; forklift certification a plus. Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities; excellent organizational and time management skills; proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures; effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; capable of working independently under pressure. The range listed is the Company’s good‑faith estimate of the annual base salary for this position at the time of posting.
