Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.Assisting with repairing or replacing broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.Assisting with locating and repairing issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Assisting with reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systemsAssisting with cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)Assisting with installing and maintaining water supply systemsAssisting with repairing domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.Assisting with installing waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systemsSkills and Requirements:Trade school graduate in plumbing a plusService Titan experience a plusAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)Good communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly with a great deal of patienceGood physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces$18 - $20 an hour
