Role Snapshot

As our Liquid Paint Finisher, you’ll deliver customer-ready finishes on steel components using wet-spray techniques. Your craftsmanship, safety mindset, and independence help us hit quality and on-time goals every shift.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare and stage parts for coating; load/unload parts to fixtures.
  • Apply primer and paint to steel in alignment with customer specifications.
  • Follow best practices for wet-spray application, including correct mix ratios and color verification.
  • Operate spray guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
  • Watch gauges and equipment behavior to spot and resolve defects early.
  • Perform visual inspections to confirm paint flow, film build, and finish quality.
  • Maintain efficiency without sacrificing quality or delivery timelines.
  • Adhere to safety procedures to ensure a clean, compliant work area.
  • Clean and maintain finishing equipment per schedule.
  • Handle, store, and dispose of coatings and waste according to procedure.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous painting experience in an industrial setting (required).
  • Working knowledge of paint system mechanics and minor repairs.
  • Detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Consistently maintains a safe, orderly workstation.
Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with routine use of paint equipment. Occasional exposure to loud noise, fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Work may involve chemicals outlined in accessible Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Expect exposure to notable temperature changes over an eight-hour shift.

Schedule Options
  • First Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  • Second Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m.
