Full-Time Medication Aide
Location: Sentinel of Mohegan Lake

We’re hiring! Sentinel of Mohegan Lake is seeking a full-time Medication Aide to join our team. We are an assisted living community dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. The Medication Aide is responsible for administering medications as prescribed and supporting the overall health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders

• Maintain proper documentation and medication records

• Monitor and manage medication inventory

• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery

• Observe residents for any changes and report concerns to the appropriate staff

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Medication administration experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills
