Job Description

• Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documents to identify scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to determine the best options for the project.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and assist with project budgeting and bidding processes.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain up-to-date pricing.
• Present estimate reports to stakeholders and provide recommendations.
• Support the team in managing project changes and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Ground up construction: retail, MOB, healthcare, self-storage, education, hospitality, municipal construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools used in the property industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project needs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
