Tech - CT

Job Summary:
The Diagnostic Imaging/CT Technologist conducts a variety of imaging procedures, including general X-ray and CT scans, while ensuring patient safety protocols are upheld. This role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and supports efficient department workflow at a new trauma-level facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adhere to patient safety and infection control protocols during all imaging activities.
• Provide excellent patient care and communication throughout imaging processes.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, including newly installed systems.
• Support department flow and assist with patient positioning and comfort.
• Document and report imaging results in accordance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid ARRT certification in CT and Radiography.
• Possess active BLS certification.
• Be able to perform POC duties reliably.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in CT and general X-ray procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Colorado state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in trauma or acute care settings preferred.
