The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hour This is an Hourly position.


Overview

This internship open to a student seeking an opportunity to work while attending school with possible transition into a full-time position once their degree program is completed.

This internship will require student to work at OSF Headquarters in Peoria, IL. Student must be open to working the internship on a part time basis while attending school.

Schedule will be to work 20 hours week Monday-Friday during the school year; 40 hours week when student is off for breaks.

Position Summary : Expectations of this intern will be to support and assist with day-to-day activities in the Human Resources Service Center. Primary responsibilities include I-9 processing and auditing for new Mission Partners, learning and assisting with various benefit-related auditing processes, supporting tasks around leave administration, and helping triage incoming HR requests. This internship provides exposure across multiple HR functions and offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of HR Shared Services operations.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: This role requires the student to be attending a 4-year university/college as a Junior or Senior, with concentration in Business, Human Resources or other related field.


This intern must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various individuals throughout OSF Healthcare. Ability to multi-task, coordinate multiple projects, and have proven attention to detail.
