Key ResponsibilitiesField Focal for AGS Spares Repair Products for Key CustomerSingle Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for all Repair Product Offerings for Key CustomerDevelop and implement plan for significant customer adoption of Repair Products across all Key Customer sites globallyUnderstand the customer landscape and buying processesWork collaboratively across the division and field teams to ensure product performance meets/exceeds customer expectationsAll relevant KPIs and Financial targets associated Repair ProductManage Repair Product Adoption/DeploymentWorks closely with Account Teams to implement the adoption of Repair Products (all offerings) to key customer at all locations globallyFunctional KnowledgeDemonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Applied Materials Repair Parts Products and processesFundamental knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry Wafer FAB Equipment ManufacturingCritical awareness and understanding of customer culture of key customerBusiness ExpertiseInterprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or servicesMS Office proficiencyAnalytical skills required to review large data sets, form conclusions, drive actionable insights in support of Repair ProductLeadershipMay lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Problem SolvingLeads others to solve complex problems; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutionsImpactSupports product in alignment with strategic goalsProduct focal and subject matter expert for respective products, available to entire organization for product support as neededInterpersonal SkillsCommunicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view both internally and externally at multiple levelsAdditional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
