Candidate will be responsible for the concept, design, engineering, fabrication drawings, inspection requirements, procurement requirements, verification requirements, and fabrication support for tooling and equipment for Aerospace applications.This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.In this job, you will: Interface with the review team to assure customer satisfaction with the design Managing projects and coordinating all procurements and fabrication to meet the program cost and schedule requirementsInspect fabricated support hardware to assure compliance to design Work alongside the manufacturing team to ensure overall program quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved Work with internal Customers to concept needed support equipment for new and existing programsDeveloping tooling concepts, creating/reviewing and improving manufacturing processes to meet Customer requirementsWork closely with Tool Designers to create final drawings.Perform stress analysis to assure mechanically sound per NG requirementsUnderstand/monitor cost and scheduleReview engineering drawings and designs for manufacturabilitySupport vendors as needed during fabricationInspect tool configuration for drawing compliance, including fit, form and functionSupport continuous improvementSupport Operations and Process Engineering in the use of all toolingOther duties as assignedIf this job description reads like it was written specifically for you, consider joining our team!Basic Qualifications Level 2:Bachelor’s degree (STEM) with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
