Practice Overview:

• 100% Remote
• Epic EMR
• Outpatient Primary Care
• 1:1 support staff
• Seeing ages 18 years old and up
• Access to lab, imaging, and specialists

Working together with Physicians like you:

• BC/BE Family Medicine
• Must reside in Georgia with active Georgia medical license
• At least 5 years of clinical experience post residency
• Comfortable with technology and advances in technology
• Passion for quality and patient care
• Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
