Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced, dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join Twelve Bridges Dermatology in Auburn, CA.

Led by experienced dermatologist Derrick Adams, DO, FAOCD, FAAD, Twelve Bridges Dermatology is dedicated to providing exceptional dermatologic care to patients throughout the local community. The practice offers comprehensive medical and surgical dermatology, with a focus on accessible, personalized care and helping patients make informed decisions about their health.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dermatology APP to join a collaborative, physician-led practice with a strong commitment to patient care, modern treatment techniques, and a welcoming clinical environment.

About the Practice

• Established dermatology practice serving patients throughout Auburn, Lincoln, and the surrounding communities.
• Led by dermatologist Derrick Adams, DO, FAOCD, FAAD, with an experienced and dedicated clinical team.
• Comprehensive medical and surgical dermatology practice treating patients of all ages.
• Broad scope of care including acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, contact dermatitis, and other common and complex skin conditions.
• Strong emphasis on skin cancer prevention, screenings, diagnosis, and treatment.
• In-office procedures including mole removal, wart removal, and skin cancer surgery.
• Access to leading pathology expertise through consultation with UCSF Dermatopathology services.
• Utilizes modern techniques and technologies, including laser therapy, to support high-quality patient outcomes.

About the Role

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, and other dermatologic conditions.
• Perform full-body skin examinations, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other general dermatologic procedures.
• Evaluate and manage both new and established patients across a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology needs.
• Participate in skin cancer prevention, detection, and treatment, including evaluation and management of suspicious lesions.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Adams and the practice's clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options while helping them make informed decisions about their health.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Active California PA or NP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior dermatology experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing a broad range of medical and surgical dermatology conditions.
• A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for providing high-quality dermatologic care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients and build trusting relationships.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working alongside experienced dermatology providers.
