The Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing multiple departments, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer relations. This position requires strong leadership skills to supervise staff and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management. Occasional travel may be required, and the role offers opportunities for career growth, leadership training, and independent project leadership.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff across multiple departments
• Oversee budget planning and management
• Maintain and enhance customer relations
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports to the General Manager
• Conduct staff training and development programs

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in general management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven customer service and time management skills
