Campaign ManagerNevadans for Reproductive Freedom seeks an experienced campaign manager to oversee the second and final passage of Question 6, a constitutional amendment that will permanently protect the right to abortion in Nevada.Responsibilities:Ensure effective communication and coordination between all elements of the campaignAid in campaign fundraising and manage all aspects of the campaign budgetDevelop and execute a voter contact plan that includes paid media, earned media, and field elementsCreate a transparent campaign environment with an emphasis on professional communications between all stakeholdersLead a collaborative and deliberative decision making process on campaign strategy that includes core campaign partnersEnsure all required reporting is completed accurately and on timeManage the Nevadans for Reproductive Health Coalition, including recruiting partners that represent all communities in Nevada.Supervise any campaign staffRepresent the campaign at public and private eventsLead GOTV activitiesQualifications (Required):Two or more cycles of campaign experience, including a minimum of one cycle in a leadership/management role on a federal or state-level race or ballot measure campaignExperience managing staff and consultants and managing projects across teamsExperience with budget and cashflow management for multi-million dollar campaignsExperience in leadership or management of a campaign that speaks to a diverse electorateUnderstands the principles of reproductive health and rights.Exceptional team leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to interface regularly with key campaign/community partners and major donors to build and maintain positive relationshipsCommitment to professional ethics and maintaining a supportive and healthy work environment where all team members are empowered to succeedCommitment to applying principles of anti-racism, equity, diversity, and inclusion in your workTeam player who is willing to step up when needed to get the job doneSelf-motivated with ability to work & think well independentlyProficiency with Google Suite, Calendar, and Microsoft ExcelValid drivers license and ability to work in-person settingsQualifications (Preferred):Campaign leadership or management experience in NevadaAdditional experience in either campaign finance, field, or communicationsProficiency with NGP, VAN and other Democratic/progressive campaign toolsFamiliarity with or prior experience working on reproductive freedom issues and/or ballot measuresSpanish language proficiencyTo Apply: Please email your resume and a short cover letter with references to View email address on click.appcast.io with "Campaign Manager Application" in the subject line.
