We are looking for dedicated  Emergency Department Physicians in  Polacca, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. These providers will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Any State License Honored
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Active DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active / Unrestricted DEA License
