Quality Manager | Caledonia, MI

Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Caledonia region seeking Quality Managers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates-not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Manage internal and external audit programs to ensure compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
