Position Overview Full‑time Teller position at PNC’s Retail organization, located at the North Hills Banking Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Tellers provide a unique customer experience, improving financial wellbeing and building loyalty. Responsibilities Deliver a distinctive customer experience that enhances financial wellbeing and fosters loyalty. Process a variety of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. Educate customers on financial alternatives and product options. Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products that meet their needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, and adhere to all policies and procedures with sound judgment. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities required for teller duties. Preferred skills: accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales, accuracy and attention to detail, addressing customer needs, banking products, digital awareness, effective communications, fraud detection and prevention, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, problem solving, and understanding customer needs. No specific work experience, degree, certification, or license is required; a high‑school diploma or equivalent may be considered.
