Your role may be in one or more of these areas: Manufacturing, Business Unit, Financial Planning.Responsibilities include:Driving financial excellence and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial results for the businessCross functional partnering to ensure financial complianceUnderstanding and explaining the relationship between operational performance, financial results and complianceProviding a strategic view of the business and processes by incorporating competitive analysis to drive financial performanceContinuous process improvement and automation in financial processes and reporting activities Put your talent to work with Texas Instruments! QualificationsMinimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance or related business degreeCumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higherPreferred qualifications:Strong understanding of internal control principles and accounting policies and proceduresSystems knowledge/skills including: Excel, SAPStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to team and collaborate effectively with people in different functions, countries and culturesAbility to build strong, influential relationshipsAbility to take initiative, prioritize work, balance multiple projects and drive for results in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentNavigates ambiguityAttention to detailAbout the companyWhy TI?Engineer your future.
