Description Position: Social Studies Teacher (SY26‑27) Locations: All Campuses Compensation: $60,000‑$81,000 Noble operates under the principles of clarity, consistency, and connection. Key Job Responsibilities Create or execute curriculum that is backwards planned from academic standards Provide instruction that is culturally responsive and culturally sustaining Use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices Execute Noble’s student code of conduct with fidelity to create a positive, structured learning environment where students are safe, supported, and empowered to grow academically Ideal Qualifications An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school, college, and lead exemplary lives Proven track record of results in previous teaching roles Self‑awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve Mastery of and enthusiasm for the Social Studies subject area Proven commitment to serving students of color and contributing to anti‑racism in practice and disposition Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Eligibility to work in the United States on a full‑time basis Active Illinois Teaching License preferred Compensation & Benefits We offer a predictable salary schedule for teachers and thoughtfully designed employee benefits.
