Accountant (International & Joint Ventures)

Summary of Job Description: The Accountant (International & Join Ventures) provides accounting support for international company-owned entities & licensee partners and joint ventures. Responsibilities include managing invoice processing and payments, accurately performing reconciliation in compliance with GAAP and performing month-end close activities. The position also assists with financial set-up for new international store openings, maintains licensee contract data in Workday, and partners with cross‑functional teams to assist with accurate, timely reporting. Job Responsibilities: Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors to execute invoice submission and payment processing for company‑owned international entities and licensee partners. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve departmental processes and support automation initiatives. Assists with month‑end close activities for joint ventures and international licensees, including the preparation of journal entries. Performs accurate and timely reconciliations in compliance with GAAP. Supports the International team with financial service set‑up for new store openings, as well as contract set‑up and maintenance for new international licensee stores in Workday. Provides support to Operations and International Licensee team, including analysis, special projects, and ad‑hoc reports as requested. Pay Range: P2 $72,500 – $101,500 / Annual * Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
