Prep/Pacu Nurse

Shift: 8-hour shifts Mon-Friday - no weekends or on-call w/paid holidays

The Johns Hopkins Howard County Surgery Center is located in the Berman Pavilion adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center's main entrance. It is a multispecialty center that specializes in ophthalmology, orthopedics, and pain management. As a Prep/PACU nurse, you will prep and recover patients undergoing Ophthalmology, Othopedic, and Pain Management procedures.

• Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Accredited Nursing Program required, or Associates Degree in Nursing with equivalent years of experience
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• BLS CPR required
• OR RN work experience required

Salary range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
