Investment Sales Associate

This position is primarily responsible for leveraging advanced AI expertise to enhance sales and marketing strategies for the Company’s fund products. The role focuses on expanding distribution, strengthening advisory relationships, and driving results across our fund lineup on various platforms and asset allocation programs, with a strong emphasis on integrating AI-driven solutions and analytics to optimize performance and deliver innovative approaches. Essential Functions Technology: Embraces AI and modern tools to enhance prospecting, workflow efficiency, and client engagement (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, data enrichment tools). Sales Generation: Drive sales and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through proactive outreach to financial advisors (RIAs, Broker-Dealers). Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), and platform partners. Distribution: Support distribution efforts for mutual funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) across key channels, identifying new opportunities and platform placements. Outreach: Use the CRM platform (e.g., Monday CRM) to manage and track outbound activities, advisor interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline. Bridge the Gap: Own the full marketing-to-sales funnel, ensuring all inbound and outbound leads are consistently followed up and converted. Portfolio Consulting: Partner with internal teams on investment insights, sales strategy, campaigns, competitive analysis, and advisor engagement. Compliance: Follow FINRA and SEC standards in all communications and actions. Product Expertise: Provide insight and analysis on ETF positioning and investment strategy. Educational Content: Collaborates Marketing to create educational content for prospects and clients, aiding platform approvals and portfolio model inclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
