Senior Email and SMS Marketing Manager

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Email and SMS Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will lead the marketing strategy, execution, and optimization of customer communications across email and SMS channels to enhance customer engagement and retention for a DTC health and wellness brand. Key responsibilities Own the lifecycle campaign calendar and manage campaign strategy, execution, and analysis across email and SMS Develop and implement retention marketing strategies to improve customer lifetime value and subscription retention Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and operational workflows Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or email marketing within a DTC ecommerce environment 2+ years of direct ownership of email and SMS channels with proven revenue impact Hands-on experience with leading ESP and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Braze Experience managing subscription-based businesses, ideally in health or wellness sectors Previous people management experience and ability to coordinate cross-functional campaign execution
