Sr. Real Estate Portfolio Operations Analyst I

Position Overview Sr. Real Estate Portfolio Operations Analyst – manage risks in construction loan portfolio and support the Pacific Life Investments team. Responsibilities Set up, monitor, and release construction funds per transaction documents; review construction loan draws. Ensure compliance with all disbursements; abstract and enforce document provisions and requirements. Verify spreadsheet calculations and coding against required parameters. Interface with borrowers, contractors, and developers. Maintain company risk position through accurate and timely administration of construction loan process. Review borrower requests for construction loans and recommend approvals. Attend kick‑off meetings with borrowers for new construction projects. Travel (5–10 days per year). Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing operations, including escrow administration. College degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Quick learner of new programs and applications. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to read, understand, interpret, and translate legal documents. Detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized. Ability to multi‑task and work well under pressure. Desired Skills Proficiency with Midland Enterprise, NorthShore, or OpenText. Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as CoPilot to streamline workflows. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $93,600.00 – $114,400.00. Additional incentive pay may be offered.
