- Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and state vaccination mandates.
- Hold a current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification.
- Possess prior LTC/SNF experience.
- Demonstrate compassionate and patient-centered care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be fully vaccinated in accordance with state mandates.
- Access to shared furnished housing within the city limits, with WiFi included.
