Product Development Engineer

Consumers products company needs a Senior Product Development Engineer to lead the design and development of innovative consumer electronic products from concept through production. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong technical foundation, who thrives in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment. Consumer products background strongly preferred. Must be degreed Electrical Engineer – BSEE Develop detailed assembly instructions and quality control (QC) procedures Design and implement production test fixtures Interface with UL and other regulatory agencies for product compliance Provide technical support to QC inspectors and resolve manufacturing issues Collaborate with overseas contract manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery Proven experience designing high-power LED circuits and lithium-ion battery systems Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience working with international teams and manufacturers Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance processes (UL, CE, etc.) Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
