Our ideal candidate will help offer optimized IT and/or Office solutions to our customers to take their business to the next level while building a career that provides financial stability and a work life balance.What You'll Be DoingHelp clients evaluate IT services, printers, copiers, and office technology solutions that support their business goals. Perform full-cycle B2B sales, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, closing, and ongoing account growth.Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing additional Office1 solutions.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbility to build relationships with business owners, executives, managers, and decision-makers.1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in outside sales, technology sales, copier/print sales, telecom, SaaS, IT services, or another relationship-based sales environment. Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.Motivated by a compensation structure where base salary provides stability, while commission rewards performance, consistency, and growth. Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and result oriented.Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and develop long-term client relationships.Motivated by a compensation structure that provides base salary stability with significant uncapped commission-based earning potential.Income Opportunity and BenefitsAs part of Office1, you'll receive world class benefits, including:This role includes a base salary plus uncapped commission.
