Store Location Four Seasons Mall Responsibilities The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, managing, training, and driving sales. They help create a positive shopping environment, develop team talent, oversee daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in developing and retaining top talent. Maintain a positive work environment and high store morale. Coach and train sales associates. Support hiring processes and performance management. Oversee daily store operations and merchandise flow. Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. Lead initiatives to meet sales and operational goals. Create a great in-store customer experience and handle customer complaints. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant retail experience. Proficiency with technology (iPad, registers). Strong customer service skills. Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Physical ability to meet job requirements. Skills & Attributes Previous retail and sales management experience preferred.
