Inside Sales Manager

Leading a team of inside sales representatives, the full-time remote Inside Sales Manager will provide guidance, develop strategic plans, and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities Provide leadership and coaching to maintain an engaged and collaborative team culture Work cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic plans that address unique sales scenarios Manage inside sales performance through metrics, best practices, and actionable feedback to improve processes and tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or a technical field preferred Eight to ten years of experience leading inside or outside sales teams, preferably in the technology or reseller industry Proven management experience with strong interpersonal coaching and development skills Extensive knowledge of sales operations best practices, including KPIs, CRM applications, and forecasting Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and a demonstrated ability to analyze selling approaches and business cases
