North Pole 3D Printing is hiring Retail Sales Associates immediately for our local stores and event booths.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing people who enjoy talking with customers, helping shoppers find fun products, and creating a welcoming retail experience. This is a retail sales and customer service role. No 3D printing experience is required.

Our stores are playful, creative, and family-friendly. Customers shop with us for gifts, toys, dragons, decor, custom ideas, and unique products they may not find anywhere else. We need dependable team members who can jump in quickly, learn the basics, and help customers have a great experience.

Locations
Team members may work at:

• Clackamas
• Vancouver Mall
• Washington Square
• Local events, including the Clark County Fair

Availability for 2 out of 3 store locations is helpful. Availability for all 3 stores and events is a strong plus.

Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available now.

Shifts may include:

• 4-hour shifts
• Longer retail shifts
• Full-day coverage
• Weekdays, weekends, evenings, mall hours, and event days as needed

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience
• Help customers browse gifts, toys, dragons, decor, and custom ideas
• Assist with checkout and basic point-of-sale tasks
• Keep displays clean, stocked, organized, and inviting
• Help with store or event booth setup, restocking, and closing
• Stay friendly and helpful during busy mall and event traffic
• Share customer feedback, requests, and product ideas with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Strong customer service instincts
• Able to work independently and stay productive
• Flexible with locations, shift lengths, and weekends
• Retail, mall, sales, event booth, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
• Available to start immediately is a big plus
