Position: Associate Dentist We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic. What We Offer Guaranteed base salary exceeding $200,000 with unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice includes: DentaPro software for efficient management. Digital x-ray and Panorex units. Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced precision. Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management. A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location. Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Qualifications We expect candidates to possess the following: DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. A current, valid dental license in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure. Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA. Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
