Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, perform assessments, administer medications as ordered, and respond to changes in condition.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity across shifts and services.
- Document care accurately in medical records and maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (or eligibility for CA licensure).
- Relevant obstetrics/gynecology nursing experience or demonstrated competency in OB/GYN care.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shift schedules; flexibility to adapt to patient care demands.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and independent judgment in a fast-paced setting.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
