Starting Salary: $104,000 annually Shift: Evenings 3 PM to 11 PM Monday through Friday NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED! $10K SIGN-ON BONUS! What You’ll Do As an RN Supervisor , you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. Qualifications Valid New York State Registered Nurse license Advanced degree or certification is preferred Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long‑Term Care setting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, with ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment We Hire for Heart!
