Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Cincinnati, OH , to provide skilled nursing care and help a student safely and confidently participate in the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview Provide skilled nursing care in a school setting, including support with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, and oxygen needs as applicable. Monitor the student’s condition, administer prescribed care, and respond appropriately to changes in health status. Accompany the student on school transportation when required to ensure continuity of care and safety. Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to support the student’s daily health needs and promote a safe, supportive learning environment. Qualifications Practical Nursing Diploma or Certificate Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Current CPR and First Aid Certifications Valid Driver’s License Experience with ventilator/tracheostomy care, skilled nursing, G-tube management, and oxygen therapy strongly preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
