Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Portage, MI. We are a clinician‑founded national private practice group operating in 48 states. Qualifications Fully licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan. Clinician must be licensed and living in Michigan. Compensation Up to $130,000 depending on licensure, number of sessions and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Provide a minimum of 25 sessions per week. Complete session notes within 24 hours. Participate in a true partnership with the practice. Work with couples and/or children; behavioral health generalist. Possibly grow into leadership or supervisory roles. Demonstrate integrity, honesty, adaptability and commitment to quality of care. Collaborate with team for professional development. Benefits Guaranteed pay. Paid orientation. PTO.
