Position Summary: Nestled at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers, our factory has been a cornerstone since 1910. As one of the largest manufacturers in the region, we ship countless truckloads and railcars of beloved brands like Fancy Feast®, Friskies®, and Pro Plan®. Beyond our mass production, our Jefferson factory proudly donates 1.2 million cans of food annually, supporting over 40 animal shelters and organizations. Our factory is also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As Factory Quality Technician, you will provide analysis of ingredients to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will be performing multiple tests of finished product samples and escalating tests when needed. Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of lab equipment including maintenance, cleaning, and calibration. Identify trends and reactions to out-of-specifications as appropriate. Coordinate external services for calibration of equipment and equipment maintenance. Support Total Performance Management process (TPM) including use of RedZone and Poka. Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines.

Requirements: HS Diploma or GED equivalent 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or related environment Other Must have the ability to work nights as weekends. This is a 12 hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. Salary: $44,038.80 to $63,464.00 per year Bonus Eligibility: Yes The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
