Job Description The General Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while managing the daily operations of the Collision Center. This includes meeting KPIs, coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of professionalism and safety. The role requires leading by example and maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Ensure execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Manage the annual and monthly budgets of the collision center. Forecast and monitor sales, profit, and expenses. Conduct performance reviews and staff training. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the facility. Oversee shop equipment maintenance and safety protocols. Lead repair operations and coordinate production meetings. Manage estimates, store capacity, and staff performance. Participate in safety and management meetings, and training sessions. Monitor CSI performance and follow up promptly. Qualifications Post-secondary education or equivalent experience. Proven leadership in a collision repair or similar environment. Skills and Abilities Attention to detail and accuracy.
