Job Position: Quality Incoming Inspector


Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Hawarden, IA 51023

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

Job Summary:

2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Incoming Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting manufactured parts, ensuring products meet engineering specifications, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience using precision measuring tools, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect manufactured parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Operate inspection and testing equipment
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Communicate quality concerns with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams
• Perform first-piece and final inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
