We're looking for skilled, motivated, and dependable Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. If you're passionate about great food, committed to excellence, and ready to grow your culinary career, we'd love to meet you.

As a Line Cook, you'll work alongside our Executive Chef and culinary team to prepare high-quality dishes with consistency, precision, and speed. Your dedication and attention to detail will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items according to recipes and company standards
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Properly store and rotate inventory
Ensure food is prepared and plated with consistency, quality, and timeliness
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working under pressure

Requirements

Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Restaurant Cook
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen procedures
Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work well as part of a team
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
Culinary school training is a plus but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
